Ⅰ.Overview of fully welded flat gate valve

The fully welded flat gate valve is a flat gate valve developed based on the products of Cameron Group. The valve body and valve cover are made of steel plate ASTM A516 GR70 material welded together as a whole. Compared with cast flat gate valves, this model of flat gate valve avoids quality defects such as sand holes, looseness, and deformation. It is designed as a pipeline valve according to the American standard API6D and is mainly used in oil pipelines and urban pipe networks. It has a full diameter with guide holes, DBB double blocking double discharge structure, and can be cleaned with cleaning balls to clean pipelines and has double safety sealing functions for inlet and outlet sealing and pressure testing. In addition, our company has made special improvements to the structure of the packing part of the flat gate valve, and the packing has achieved a true triple sealing effect.

Ⅱ.Structural characteristics of fully welded flat gate valve

1. The fully welded flat gate valve is a flat gate valve developed based on the products of Cameron Group. The valve body and valve cover are made of steel plate ASTM A516 GR70 material welded together as a whole. Compared with cast flat gate valves, it avoids quality defects such as sand holes, looseness, and deformation.

2. The fully welded flat gate valve seat adopts an O-ring seal and a floating seat structure with pre tension force, which enables bi-directional sealing of the inlet and outlet of the flat gate valve. The opening and closing torque of this structure is only half of that of ordinary valves, making it easy to open and close the valve.

2. When the fully welded flat gate valve is fully opened, the channel is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is extremely small, and there is no pressure loss. It can be cleaned by passing a cleaning ball through the pipeline.

3. The fully welded flat gate valve adopts a packing structure with self sealing ability, which does not require frequent adjustment. It is extremely lightweight to open and close, and has reliable sealing performance. The packing box is equipped with an auxiliary sealing high-quality injection structure, and the sealing performance is absolutely reliable. In addition to PTFE packing, it also has a triple sealing structure filled with O-ring sealing sleeve, truly achieving zero leakage and solving the problem of the most common valve packing leakage.

4. When the fully welded flat gate valve is closed, it can automatically release the high pressure inside the cavity, ensuring safe use.

5. The fully welded flat gate valve has DBB double blocking and double discharge function, which can be used for pressure testing, inlet sealing, and inlet/outlet sealing with double safety.

Ⅴ.Precautions for using fully welded flat gate valves:
