Ⅰ.Overview of American standard flat gate valve
American standard flat gate valve is a pipeline valve designed according to American standard API6D, mainly used in petroleum pipelines and urban pipe networks. The commonly used structure is a full bore structure with a guide hole, which can be cleaned with a cleaning ball to clean the pipeline. Regardless of whether the valve is opened or closed, the sealing surface of the valve seat is always tightly attached to the gate. In addition, our company has made special improvements to the structure of the packing part of the flat gate valve, and the packing has achieved a true triple sealing effect. The American standard flat gate valve with diversion hole has DBB double blocking and double discharge function, which can be used for pressure testing and inlet sealing. The inlet/outlet sealing has dual safety, small switch torque, and long service life.
Ⅱ.Structural characteristics of American standard flat gate valve
1. The valve seat of the American standard flat gate valve adopts an O-ring seal and a floating valve seat structure with pre tension force, which enables bidirectional sealing of the inlet and outlet of the flat gate valve. The opening and closing torque of this structure is only half of that of ordinary valves, which can achieve easy opening and closing of the valve.
2. When the American standard flat gate valve is fully opened, the channel is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is extremely small, there is no pressure loss, and it can pass through the cleaning ball to clean the pipeline.
3. The American standard flat gate valve adopts a packing structure with self sealing ability, which does not require frequent adjustment. It is extremely lightweight to open and close, and has reliable sealing performance. The packing box is equipped with an auxiliary sealing high-quality injection structure, and the sealing performance is absolutely reliable. Ⅳ.Main components and external dimensions of American standard flat gate valve
The expansion type double gate flat gate valve is a pipeline valve designed according to the American standard API6D. The valve adopts a K-shaped double gate design, and the valve seat and gate are made of supersonic sprayed tungsten carbide material, which makes the valve more wear-resistant and has a longer service life. Unique K-shaped double gate design, with more reliable expansion sealing; And it has fire-resistant design, DBB dual blocking and dual emission function, pressure test inlet sealing, dual safety of inlet/outlet sealing, small switch torque, and long service life.
Ⅱ.Structural characteristics of expansion type double gate flat gate valve
1. The valve seat adopts an O-ring seal and a floating valve seat structure with pre tightening force, which enables bi-directional sealing of the inlet and outlet of the flat gate valve. Working principle
The transmission device drives the valve stem, which in turn drives the main gate to move up and down. The auxiliary gate moves together with the main gate under the drive of the connecting rod, thereby realizing the opening and closing movement of the combined gate, and supporting the gate plate at the valve opening and closing positions to achieve the flow and cutoff of the upper and lower media. At the beginning and end of the movement process, the combination gate produces a tight and expanding effect on the sealing surfaces on both sides of the gate due to the cooperation of the main and auxiliary gate plates, in order to achieve forced sealing and protect the sealing surfaces during opening.
