Ⅰ.Overview of buried gas flat gate valve
The buried gas flat gate valve is used on natural gas pipelines or buried pipelines. The surface of the gas flat gate valve is sprayed with polyurea anti-corrosion paint. If the user requires pre factory inspection, it can undergo electric fire testing to fully detect the polyurea paint coverage, which can effectively prevent corrosion of the valve by soil, rainwater, and air. The valve seat is sealed with grease to provide emergency sealing and lubrication. In addition, our company has made special improvements to the structure of the packing part of the flat gate valve, achieving a true triple sealing effect.
Ⅱ.Structural characteristics of buried gas flat gate valve
1. The valve seat of the buried gas flat gate valve adopts an O-ring seal and a floating valve seat structure with pre tensioning force, which enables bidirectional sealing of the inlet and outlet of the flat gate valve. The opening and closing torque of this structure is only half of that of ordinary valves, making it easy to open and close the valve.
2. When the buried gas flat gate valve is fully opened, the channel is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is extremely small, there is no pressure loss, and it can be used to clean the pipeline with a rough ball.
3. The buried gas flat gate valve adopts a packing structure with self sealing ability, which does not need to be adjusted frequently. It is extremely lightweight to open and close, and has reliable sealing performance. The packing box is equipped with an auxiliary sealing high-quality injection structure, and the sealing performance is absolutely reliable. In addition to PTFE packing, it also has a triple sealing structure filled with O-ring sealing sleeve, truly achieving zero leakage and solving the problem of easy leakage at the packing of general valves.
4. When the buried gas flat gate valve is closed, it can automatically discharge the high pressure inside the chamber, ensuring safe use.
5. The buried gas flat gate valve has a fully enclosed structure with good protection performance and can adapt to all-weather requirements. It can also be bolted with countersunk holes according to customer requirements to prevent leakage.
